We are very thankful for Cameron and all his help. He took us all the way from the start line to the finish line and did it with professionalism, tact, timeliness, and amazing skill! He represented us as buyers and was very punctual and patience showing us multiple properties over a span of several weeks always keeping track of availability properties and recommending various one. He even wrote letters to homeowners in the area that we were interested to purchase in to see if they were interested in selling. He guided us through submitting an offer that successfully beat out a cash offer that the seller already had. During escrow he shared with us his contacts for home insurance and lender and they were both very helpful. He took time to meet the appraiser and home inspector on our behalf to save us time. When the appraisal value came in under the already agreed upon sale price he successfully negotiated with the seller to reduce the sale price to match the appraisal value!! We believe that this was no small feat given that the seller was really set on the sale price. When it came time for the final walk through he also graciously did that on our behave to save us precious time and energy. Cameron is spectacular at responding to messages and while our whole process was pretty smooth, we are first time home buyers, and had many questions. Cameron always had an answer. I wish I can give 10 stars. He handled the entire process of selling my home in North Hills. I needed lots of help because I live so far away in Florida.
